What happens if a fabric I ordered is out of stock?
Typically you should not be able to order a fabric that we no longer have in stock. However, mistakes do happen. If you order a fabric that is actually not available then we will contact you to try and make accomodations. Our expert teams will walk you through similar fabric options (believe it or not...customers have actually found a better match for their need during this process!). Sometimes, also, we are expecting a shipment of the fabric to be received soon and perhaps the delivery is delayed due to traffic or weather or other issues. If this is the case then we'll advise you on our best guess scenario of when we'll be able to receive that new fabric shippment.
Via all of this, if you are not willing to wait or can't find a replacement we will process a full refund.
