Washing Tips
Handwashing is safest. If using the washing machine, insert your velvet items in a mesh bag & use the delicate cycle. Wash velvet inside out to avoid attracting lint.
Drying Tips
Lay flat to dry, or use the "fluff" setting on your dryer to prevent the velvet from crushing.
Temperature Tips
Wash in cold water for colors, warm water to kill bacteria.
Ironing Tips
Never iron velvet fabric! A steamer is fine, only when needed.
