Returning Customers Account Access (New store instructions 2023)

This help article is for you if you've previously placed an order with Big Z Fabric on an older version of the website.  


Accessing your historical orders requires you to create a new account using the SAME EMAIL address.

Your current email and name exist in our system along with your historical orders.  But you will need to go through the steps to create a new account.  YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WITH HISTORICAL ORDERS. All other fields will overwrite, so you can use any name you would like.  

You must create a new password. We do not know and did not carry over previous passwords.
